Barry Anchen is an experienced executive with broad business experience in Australia and overseas. His career has been defined through leading and managing change. He commenced his professional career with Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd as a Trainee Chemist graduating with a Diploma of Applied Science/Applied Chemistry. Changing industries Barry continued to work in manufacturing and then joined a business consulting firm, before commencing with ExxonMobil. At ExxonMobil Barry worked in senior management roles in both Operations and Sales, in Australia, South Pacific and Asia. He led major projects in the Asia Pacific and South Pacific Regions. During his career at ExxonMobil Barry graduated with a MBA. Barry currently works as a Partner of a boutique consulting firm, nem Australasia Pty Ltd and assists organisations to develop business strategies and implement processes, systems, change, improve efficiency and increase profitability.
Kyle Bender

Kyle Bender is Co-Founder of ReOil Pty Ltd which specialises predominantly in Eco-Friendly solutions to the petrochemical industry, including associated products and services. Prior to ReOil®, Kyle held leadership roles in the Hydrocarbons Division of Cleanaway Waste Management Ltd. Responsibilities covered Australian Operations, Technical, R&D and international sales and strategic relationships. Before his work at Cleanaway, he held the position of Executive Managing Director of H&R SA Pty Ltd (subsidiary of H&R Wasag (AG) GmbH), responsible for Africa and executive representation in various industry bodies. Kyle also held technical and management roles at BP South Africa in their downstream business interests and was involved in both the Castrol integration into BP as well as the divestment of BP Global Special Products. Kyle earned a Mechanical Engineering NatDip and is accepted by Engineers Australia as an Engineering Technologist.
Paul Fullarton
[Dip. Mechanical Engineering and Dip. Electrical Engineering]
Paul commenced his professional career at a consulting engineering firm, Davy Ashmore Pty Ltd, as a trainee engineer. Davy Ashmore designed and constructed chemical plants, steel smelters, zinc refineries and petrochemical plants. The automotive industry provided the next step for Paul specialising in automatic transmissions that led to a two-year assignment at Buick USA and gained additional qualifications at the General Motors Institute in Flint Michigan. Returning to Australia, Paul joined Mobil Oil Ltd where he worked for the next 15 years as a Sales Engineer in the Commercial Sales Division. This involved representing to large industrial accounts and later to marine and aviation accounts. Leaving Mobil, Paul joined with a partner to form a chemical trading company and subsequently went on to establishing small lubricant blending companies specialising in toll blending for independent marketers. Currently, Paul acts as a consultant to the lubricant industry assisting in sourcing supply of raw materials and manufacture of small run products.
Philippe Reboul
Philippe completed his MEng from Ecole Centrale de Lyon (France) specialising in tribology, and his MSc (Honours) in Material and Surface Science at Lyon University. Now running Molekulis, Philippe was until 2019 General Manager of Nynas Australia, marketing its full range of base oils and transformer oils across the ANZ region. Philippe started his career with Nippon Steel in Japan before joining Albemarle synthetic lubricant base stock division, later sold to Amoco Chemicals which then merged with BP. Philippe was deeply involved in polyalphaolefins and polybutenes application developments, especially synthetic PCMO and HDDO as well as gear oils and industrial lubricants. He was also director of BP Castrol Marine Japan, before joining BP M&A team that span off most of BP Chemicals to Ineos, including PAOs and PIBs. In 2006, Philippe called Australia home and moved to Brisbane with his Australian family where he eventually joined back the world of base oil. Philippe is also involved in various industry associations and committees, acts as adjunct professor at the University of Queensland and is a past president the French Australian Chamber of Commerce.

Victor is currently Global Group CEO & Managing Director of Anglomoil Lubricants Group, Director – Anglo Australia, Director – Anglomoil Holdings, Director – Anglomoil Lubricants Group NZ, Director – Anglomoil Vietnam Co, Director – Avantage Global, Director – Avantage Property Group, Director – Avantage Marine Group, Director – Avantage Capital, Director – Pace Technology Innovations. Legal & Financial background with several years in business mergers and acquisitions along with executive Roles in Retail, Property, Funds Management and Resources sectors. Victor, Co-founded Avantage Global in 2015 which has become a diversified private company with direct interests in Manufacturing, Commercial Property, Mining Investments, Marine Logistics and Technology across several countries. Anglomoil, backed by the Team at Avantage, has seen the business expand operations to 5 locations across 3 countries operating 2 manufacturing plants with Plans underway for a 3rd Plant. AnglomOil Global HQ Located in Sydney Australia with Distribution Centres in Melbourne, Newcastle, New Zealand, and Vietnam. Queensland, South & Western Australia due to come online in 2023. Experienced Exporter to over 20 countries. The business currently manufactures over 400 formulations supplied into Agriculture, Construction, Manufacturing, Mining, Transport & Utilities Service Sectors as well as Toll blending and OEM Manufacturing. Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson is the Managing Director for Valorem Chemicals Pty Ltd, a chemical distribution company providing technical expertise and crucial additives and raw materials to the lubricant industry. As an experienced Senior Executive who has worked in multiple locations both locally and globally, Mark has gained qualifications in Chemical Engineering [BE(Ch)] and Master of Business Administration [MBA]. Mark has worked in the lubricant industry for close to two decades, within technical, commercial, operational, and executive roles. His primary focus has been providing technical and commercial solutions through the provision of chemical additives and raw materials used by lubricant manufacturers. Mark lives on the Northern Beaches of Sydney with his wife Jilly and their two sons.
